COMMENTS: Spent about 40 min. on the foam roller and stretching last night. It seemed to help a lot. Still a little stiff starting out on the warm-up, but nothing sore. Long warm-up (5.75m) and felt ready to go at that point. 20x200 in about :34, w/ the recovery 200 usually in about :53-:54. (5m in 29:00) To say I have no speed at this point would be a gross understatement. These 200s felt like I was running at 90-95% effort. I definitely recovered fast after each one, but my legs have a limited top-speed right now. Cut the cooldown a little short (1.25m) w/ a sore R foot (blister and arch).
