COMMENTS: With Bill and Steve. Tough to describe this one. We started out crazy-slow, and maybe worked down toward low-7s. My legs weren't too tired, but overall I felt sluggish, and I think I hadn't rehydrated enough from the morning run (well, the OTHER morning run).
