Overcast, muggy, not many bugs. Much nicer weather than it's been for a workout. Up once, grass too wet on other side so went back to base of crib stairs and up again. Then just up to rock step. Then headed down doing a few short uphill drills. Lots of people headed up for picnicking. Parking lot full when I came down. New crib stairs work fairly well for 20-30sec up, recover, repeat.
Altimeter said 1500ft while running so it's overestimating a bit.
HR might be underestimate since I was breathing much harder than HRM indicated when I was running the crib steps. 30/30 isn't long enough for HR to show on monitor.
