Cut-backs. about 18 sec work/ 1.5min recover. first uphill this side of tunnel for one set, then 2 sets in middle of bridge. Need to use landmarks that are high and easy to see, like sign posts, rather than scribblings at side of bridge. These could be done in several places along the path.
