After "dogging it" with Molly on the warm up run, this run came easily, with a 159 average HR at 8:46/mile, which is great for me. Comfortably in Zone 4 the whole time (well, except when it was lower than that). Not doing my long run this week--doing the "fall back" thing, I think, to let my leg recover since my left calf keeps feeling sore/tired.
