I guess this was a good workout. "Low HR" ish style--set the alarm to go off every time I broke out of Zone 3 as determined through my max HR. God. It's HARD for me to go this slow, when I KNOW I can go MUCH faster, even without ever hitting zone 5...but at the same time, the workout is very little effort.
