Twenty-ish minutes of some core work on my running rest day. I'm supposed to have at least one day per week off of running while I recover from overtraining. So, I did:
100 push-ups (25, 25, 50)
100 sit-ups (25, 25, 50)
100 leg push-aways (25, 25, 50)
100 Swiss ball supermen (25, 75)
30 Swiss ball lying bridges (10-seconds each--10, 20)
3 planks (1:00, 1:00, 2:00)
Feeling good as the push-ups get easier!
