Notes

Just realized after my two 50Ks, I didn't really cut back last week until Sunday, where I didn't do the long run, but still ran for an hour. Some tightness in my hamstrings from pistol squats. Not worth pushing it. No more stupid streaks. Rested and hung out with Chandi.
