Man, I am a WIMP. This kicked my butt.

Two circuits. Total (First set, second set).

40 push-ups (20, 20)

75 bench-dips (50, 25) This was Alexander Y. 's idea. I mentioned the "100 challenge," he decided we could probably do 50 without trying. And that we "better try it on the first set, before we're tired."

60 dumbell lat rows (30, 30)

60 alternate shoulder presses (30, 30)

10 pull-ups (5, 5)

30 ab-curl things with leg extender (10, 20)

21 lateral shoulder raises (10, 11)

29 bench press (15, 14 (Yes, this means what you think it means. Weaker than I thought))

80 bicep curls (40, 40)

And a 1:00 plank for good measure. I think that's everything...
