Ludicrously better than the last 20 miler I did on my own. That one was @9:45/mile, 165-ish HR. This one? 9:29/mile and 153 HR. Hell of an improvement! High mileage week definitely seems like it's been beneficial, and aside from a few minor tweaks, I made it through alive!
Current HR calculations:
Max = 205 (observed at 200, add five)
(205 - 47) * (0.70) + 47 = 157.6BPM for low HR training (158.5 on days when my resting is more like 50)
