Notes

Bench @ 137 x 10 x 3--no issues or breaks. Bumped up shoulder lifts to 34 lbs, same for tricep press and one-armed bicep curls. Using weight on squats now @ 100lbs (low weight, but worried about it messing with running). Added leg extensions @ 75 lbs--felt easy. Used the machine for "ab curls" @ 50 lbs.
