Notes
Kept the bent curl bar for bicep curls. 10 x 75lbs, 8 x 85lbs, 5 x 95 lbs.
I am ludicrously better at that than benching, where I'm stuck at 10 x 115lbs, 3 sets. May have to switch to the 10-8-5 for benches soon.
This is tough but somehow nice after a long run.
