Negatives
- Wasn't mentally there at the start
- The race was half-way done before I woke my brain up
- Missed the move and let 4 or 5 girls get in front of me
Positives (bc even though I'm mad and unenthusiastic good things still happened)
- Reacted to the move even if it was a little late
- Latched on to Emily when I saw her come beside me
- Had a decent kick
Need to get comfortable being uncomfortable. That's the only way to get better.
Can't wait until school slows down and I can get excited about running again.
