Notes

Recovery run after my 1 mile tempo run. My lungs and throat hurt at first, and I coughed a lot. But after the first slow recovery mile I started to feel better. I ran a 7:18 pace for the last mile because it felt better than running slow.

I did abs and back extensions afterwards, but I was too tired to do any other strength workouts.
