This was a good, exhausting workout of "field crosses", running the diagonals of a soccer field in Crockett Park. The first 10 felt easy. During the last 10 my legs started to feel like molassas. My form certainly has flaws because my biceps were tired afterward too. I'm not sure why, other than lots of arm pumping...
WU: 1.5 miles easy and a few walking lunges.
WO: 20 x soccer field diagonals w/walking the ends
CD: 1.5 miles easy plus some stretches and lunges.
Overall, I liked this workout. I wish I had remembered to wear my racing flats though! I had heavy feet by the end.
