Still beautiful weather for February. I forgot my Garmin today, but the plan called for an easy 60:00. So I started my iPhone's stopwatch, left it in the car, and headed out for a run on a route I knew was a little over 7 miles. When I got back to my car, the timer said 58:29, so I thought that was close enough. I was running at least 8:15 pace and probably a little faster for the last half of the the run. It was a good day, even though I do have a little stiffness and fatigue from yesterday's speed workout. At least my right knee isn't bothering me now.
