Notes
This was technically a race, but I treated it more like an easy run. I'd just finished the 5K 35 minutes earlier, so I treated this like a recovery run. I used the Garmin's virtual pacer to try to run 8:00, but by mile 4 I didn't have it in me.
The Garmin measured 6.31, and my splits were: 7:39, 9:15, 7:38, 8:58, 9:10, 10:10, 2:22 for 0.31mi. The toughest part was Golf Course hill at the end of mile 5. That sucked the life out of me and made me walk several times in mile 6.
