Fleet Feet Summer Speed Sessions. It was overcast but still hot.
Warm-up: 5 laps progressive, static and dynamic stretches, 200 fast w/200 jog (I only did one since the rest of the workout was also 200s).
Workout: 3 sets of 5 x 200 @ 38sec (F pace, 5:07) with 30 seconds rest between repeats and a 400 jog between sets. On the last set we had to get 1 second faster on each repeat. My last repeats were 38, 37, 36, 35, and 31. Unfortunately, I forgot to hit the lap key after the last one, so that data got merged in with my cooldown laps. :-(
