After a sluggish post-Tom King week, I decided to whip out a track workout from last year's Summer Speed Sessions (7/28/09). The weather was perfect for it today, and it worked out really well. The 1200s hurt on the last lap, but the 800s and 200s felt ok. It gave me some confidence that my upcoming 5Ks and 10Ks may not completely suck.
