This is the second snow day of the week, and I've porked up a few pounds sitting around and watching TV. :-(
This is the first workout of Sonja's plan for me. Due to snow, I ran it on the treadmill at a 2% incline.
WU: 1mi easy (progressive)
WO: 10 x 1:00 at Current 5K pace (6:07p, 9.8mph) with 2:00 recovery jog. Run intervals #6 and #10 faster (~3K race pace). Since my treadmill only goes to 10mph, I ran #1, #6, and #10 at 6:00p.
CD: 0.4mi easy.
