Ran with Theresa and a friend of hers (Don). We'd planned to do the 11.2, but all the shaded spots were frozen. So we ran the trails instead. We did White, Red, White. We skipped the blue because it and the cane connector have a lot of rocks that Theresa wanted to avoid.
This was slightly less than the 11 mile target I had for today, but it was about 15 miles of effort. There was enough ice, snow, and mud on the trails that traction and push-off were impaired in many spots. This was a tough run but a good finish to the week. At least I was outside, and it wasn't windy.
