Notes

After a lousy swim and a good bike, this was an ok run. I needed to get to work by 8am since I've missed the last two days (due to snow days at school), so I quit after 2mi to get in the shower. Not a bad swim-bike-run day overall, but I probably should have just taken the day off from swimming.
