Notes

I tried a recumbent exercise bike, trying to keep up HR without stress on feet and shins, I used to use an upright bike, but I am going to stick with this bike, its easier on lower back and good on feet and easy to use. I tossed my Nike Vomero's in the trash, there is something wrong with the left shoe with a bump in it near the toe and the treads look worn anyhow.
