We actually didn't mess up this race. We placed 9th in our conference and had a 20 second PR. Everybody PRd except me; I fell short by about half a second. It was a hell of a race. A Bollingbrook kid was on me the entire race and I held him off. I felt nice and smooth and I had the feeling that I still had more to give again. I need to work on pacing a bit better. My 400's were even (67 seconds) but I feel like I can go a bit faster.
