Fun long run, did 4 miles at 7-7:30 pace, 4 at 6:30-7:00 pace, then the next four on the track at 6 min pace (22:42) with Sam. Then the last 6 miles just went easy :) Fun run! One more day! Thank God it'll be an easy 5-8 miles!

Thanks! Um not really sure, our first meet is the second week of September I believe, but I'm thinking about running the Charleston Distance Run.
