2014 MidAtlantic Regionals: 79th place 32:11. My goodness what an emotional day! I can't believe it's already over. I started tearing up when we were doing our team prayer. My race was pretty good. I ran with the lead pack for about two miles then got gaped and left in no mans land for about a mile and a half then the last mile I got passed by quite a few runners. I ran: 4:53, 10:07, 15:00, 20:11, 25:37, 32:11. If this was an 8k I would have been close to my pr. But that last mile just hurt, bad! Our team didn't finish as well as I had hoped with a 19th place. But we had Jordan drop out and I think all of us could have ran faster. Well, it's all over. I thank God for blessing me with this amazing opportunity to run with such great people.
