Notes
Weather was low 30s and windy. Ran with Jeff and Ted for about 1k, then slowly pulled away. I ran pretty slowly up the long hill in the second mile and thought Ted would catch me. Ran harder than I wanted but was able to relax a bit towards the end. Probably could have broken 16:00 if I ran all-out.
