Goal was 20x400m at 70-72 with 1:00 jog. Watchband broke during my 19th one, so I don't have a time for the last two.
Legs felt heavy and I didn't feel fluid for the first several but loosened up a bit. Recovered really fast in between them and as the workout went on, I wasn't getting progressively tired, just bored. Never struggled at all but didn't want to force a hard effort because I'm in the middle of a tough week.
