Notes

Plan was 20 miles with 16-17 at sub 5:40. Felt really flat and weak from the beginning. Had killer winds for most of the early moderate miles and was running just over 5:40. Winds died down and I was running 5:30ish but feeling pretty tired and really dehydrated. It was hard to spit and when I did, it was nothing but foam. Called it at 9.7 moderate miles because I didn't have anything to gain. Really frustrated that I missed out on the rolling hills part but gotta listen to the body. Was going to finish the 20 but my legs were shot, and I knew I should end it.

17mph winds with 33mph gusts. 55ish.
