Ran this after a nap and wasn't looking forward to it. Was going to do this at SCHS, but since they had a football game, I drove over to HHS. Plan was 16x200m@31-32 with 200m jog rest. Nothing hard by any means, and not a "real" workout, but I just wanted some quick turnover without causing much strain or damage, and to focus on my mechanics and get all of the muscles working together.

Workout was easier than expected and I never got out of breath. I felt like I could have run these all night long. I caught myself straining my jaw a bit, so I need to work on keeping my face more fluid and relaxed.

Ran 3.8 cooldown at around 7:10 pace, and ran into Vance and Allen, who ran the last part with me. After a really hard workout, my cooldown can be over 8:30 pace, so it shows it wasn't very hard on my body.
