Goal was 20x400 on/off with 1:00 rest, which was usually 90m jog, short walk backwards, and jogged the final 10m. My goal was to get a feel for running a little bit fast again and I didn't want to force things...just break the cobwebs.

Strong wind on the backstretch, headwind on the homestretch, even though accuweather claimed it was a 0 mph wind. Bunch of liars.

First 15 or so went by pretty quickly. I was huffing a little bit after each one but didn't notice any cumulative fatigue until 17 or 18. On the last, my legs got pretty heavy the last 300m, which was pretty good timing to end the workout.
