Legs felt flat on the uphills on the Boomer Route. Coming down Saundersville, my legs were feeling pretty achy.
At 10 miles, I could tell my legs were starting to get worn out, which only became worse. My hip flexors were really tired and it felt like I had no knee lift, which is probably some cumulative fatigue from the hilly progression 36 hours ago.
I was pretty worn out at the end and legs were hurting the rest of the day.
