Notes
Ran the first few with Daniel Kirwa and Joseph Chebet. I knew I wasn't going to go flat out since it would be dumb.
After five miles, I knew I wouldn't be able to win or probably get second, so I slammed on the brakes to secure the third money spot.
Quads were a little achy around 5 miles in and felt beat up at the end.
Went the wrong way for a few seconds.
Ran moderate but I never felt smooth.
