Early morning workout because I didn't want to battle the heat. Weather was 72 and 72, foggy and very dark.

Goal was to run the hills on Bison Way I ran last year. It's .30ish miles and gains about 10 ft. for every tenth, so it's a very tiny hill. Enough of a workout to get a little stimulus but nothing too hard at all.

Wanted to average around 4:50 pace and was able to constantly increase speed on all but one. With the long recovery jog, each hill felt the same effort, except for the last two. I pushed the 7th sort of hard the last little bit and on the last, I tried to attack the second half so I could break 1:20 but my quads turned to jello the last 100 ft. or so, so I backed off a hair so I wouldn't fall on my face.

Good, motivating workout. I wanted to compare this to last year, but last year, I started about three seconds backwards last time (starting line was a little back, I didn't run the first three seconds backwards).
