Plan was 4800m@14:45, 3200m@9:30, 1600m@4:30.
Legs felt super tight on the strides and I could never find my groove. Normally, the first mile is rusty and I loosen up but on the second mile, it felt really forced and I was struggling. Stopped a little over 3/4 mile into my second mile.
Frustrated and a little pissed because I figured I'd be relatively fresh. Legs just wouldn't go, I was winded and had a lot of brain fog.
