I was going to run my normal medium run route but my GPS was almost dead, so I ran to the end of the greenway and back. I was planning on running 6:15ish and started out a little too hard, so I backed off some. On the greenway, I split 6:01, 5:57 (hill adjustment) and 6:09 and tried to slow down but the pace was really easy. I could feel yesterdays workout over the last two miles and was also battling some gradual hills and strong headwinds.

The medium paced runs were my bread-and-butter runs the day after my Tuesday workout but I haven't really been able to get in any with my work schedule. I think they really helped me out for the marathon, so I need to figure out how to squeeze more of these in.
