Notes
Went for a run after a 2.5 hour nap. Stomach felt super bloated and after 1.5 miles, I started slowing down with each consecutive half mile segment. My last 1/2 was at 7:50 pace and I really felt like walking. Don't know what the deal was. A stomach thing has been spreading around my school like wildfire, so maybe that's what I had.
Plan was about 5-5.5 miles with some hill sprints.
