Ran to the end of Jenkins and back to test it out. I've run this road a lot on the Boomer Route but this is the first time I've run it since learning the area. I'll probably make this one of my main routes because it's a long, country-feeling road without much traffic. There are a few hills towards the end of Jenkins with one of them being pretty tough.
I was planning on running with HRC this morning but Kate had other plans. I then was going to do a medium-progression but I enjoyed sitting on the couch too long and it got too hot. It was pretty hot on the run but I felt really relaxed. Right at a year ago, this would have been a medium-paced run for me, so I'll take that as a good sign for my Chicago build-up.
