Notes
Was going to run 10 but got started a little late and wasn't feeling good for the first few minutes. Went out in 7:10, ran the next couple around 6:45, three just under 6:30, then closed in 6:11, 6:18. I felt really good the second half of the run and it felt like a jog. I didn't mean to run the 6:11, so I tried to back-off after that.
I also got chased by a lot more dogs than usual today. This border terrier looking dog came charging at me and it looked like he was going for my ankle, so I kicked my leg back a little harder than usual, he did a flip in the air and landed on his back.
