Part of the greenway and back and felt good. With track practice starting up and my fitness increasing, I need to make sure both of my easy runs aren't well over 7:00 on non-recovery days. I need to have one run on these days at about 80% of approximate marathon pace, which is just under 6:50 pace.
Need to work on sleep a little more...only had about 11 hours the past two nights.
