Pfitz Week 13 Day 4

VO2 Max 9 mi with 5 x 1000m at 5k pace (7:05-7:10) Added extra recovery mile. 3 mi warmup, .63 interval, remainder of each mile recovery (approx 3 min) at 9:30 pace. Challenging but good- didn't feel impossible.
