10 mi with 2 x 1200m @ 7:13 and 7:19, 2 x 800 m @ 7:13, and 2 x 400m @ 7:08 and 7:03. 4 mi warmup, 1 mi cooldown. 1200m were a struggle. Turnover difficult on first interval but better on subsequent. Walk or jog at 9:40 for recoveries.
