BAd run - wanted to stop after 2 miles - no energy

didnt prepare well (beers and curry the night before...), mild cold and tough training week all contributed.

Toast and banana for breakfast, 90 mins before, took gel after 3 miles and 6 miles and then trotted in. lots of hip pain but no heart rate.
