Notes
The weather was perfect but the legs were completely lifeless. Very disappointing for my usual Monday easy day. Every mile was about 30 sec/mile slower than expected. I was a bit sleep deprived and still feeling some effects from the weekend's 20 miler but I think it was just one of those days. Hope they bounce back.
