Notes
Late night with Livaudais but not too bad. Met the group for the first time in a long time after about a mile warmup. Started with Frank and took it a little easy but then Colin showed up so I spent the next few miles trying to catch him. Was flying down South First at paces I haven't seen in a while. Knee held up but my fitness wasn't there so had to slow back down. Colin and I ran the last couple of miles together around the capital very easy. Overall a great run - beautiful morning, good pace, and knee held up. Broke 30 miles this week so will take tomorrow off.
