Crazy muggy out there but felt better than expected. Went up early with Aaron then met the Ship for what was likely my last long run with them until August (June swim meets, July out of town). Longest run I've had in about 6 weeks. Started slow then settled in to some 7:30 miles pretty easily over some hills then flew home.
