At JMH for a meeting. Not much sleep and super stiff from the travel and sitting in a conference room all day. Wanted to do some quality but really didn't know the form. Decided on 2 x 3 mile repeats. Hotel was at the north end of the Iron Horse Trail so just went down 5 miles and back up. First set of 3 miles didn't feel great but the 2nd was much better. Nice trail.
