Notes

I was in a funk all week and went out today to see if maybe I was overtraining. Either a short recovery run if the legs were still dead or something with a little quality. The legs felt decent so I went with a 2 mile warmup then one mile on/one mile off with the fast miles in the low 6:00s (4 total). I glanced down at the final totals on my Garmin but something got corrupted during the upload and it lost the history. I even had a potential course record for a segment on Strava. Oh well, will just have to do it again.
