First run in 4 days due to a bug I caught at the end of last week. This was my last day of vacation so I thought I should take advantage and see how I felt - it was sunny, 75 with a slight breeze at 4pm - incredible weather for this Texas boy. Just ran with an easy effort and everything felt fine. Got some energy back so hopefully that will help with my stomach issues.
