Met Joe T., Colin, and the other Thursday morning suspects for the usual run around the lake. Kicking myself for not having a plan but wanted to put in some quality miles. 4-5 of these miles were right around MGP and the rest were within 20-30 secs - just a steady effort for most then finished strong.
